1. Physiotherapy Treatment:
In physiotherapy treatment services, we provide assisted exercises, passive stretching exercises, gait training, etc. During these processes, there could be rare complications such as bone fractures, muscle rupture, or falls due to impaired blood supply or low bone density. Rehab management is not responsible for such incidents.
2. Pain Management:
In the electrotherapy process, some patients may develop allergic reactions like skin rashes, or blisters during cold/hot therapy treatments due to poor sensitivity. Rehab management is not responsible for such adverse reactions, and patients should understand the risks involved.
3. Nursing Procedures:
During nursing procedures, some patients may require multiple needle punctures to establish an IV line. Occasionally, despite precautions, some patients may aspirate feeds into their lungs due to their ill health, or in rare cases, suffer from sudden cardiac arrest. Rehab management is not liable for such outcomes.
4. Medical Support:
Basic medical support includes supervision of patients' vitals, feeds, medications, exercises, and hygiene. In case of any symptomatic complaints, our medical doctor will intervene and prescribe necessary medication. However, the Rehab team follows the treatment plan prescribed by the primary consultant. In case of further deterioration, communication with the primary consultant will be maintained, and necessary actions will be taken.
