In physiotherapy treatment services we give Assisted exs, Passive stretching exercises, Gait training ext. In this process there could be some airline fractures/muscle rupture/falls due to impaired blood supply or low bone density brittle bones which Rehab management is not responsible.
In pain management electrotherapy process, Few patients could develop allergic reactions like skin rash, few could develop skin blisters during cold/ Hot therapy treatment process due to poor sensitivity In these scenarios management is not responsible and Patient group should not blame the Rehab management.
During nursing procedures some patients need more needle punctures to get Iv line for injectible treatment course, few patients Aspirate feeds in to their lungs inspite of taking good precautions due to their ill health, Few end up in sudden cardiac arrest. In these scenarios, Rehab staff is not responsible in such situations and the patient community should understand this
Basic Medical support includes supervision of Patients Vitals, Feeds, Medication, Exercises and Hygiene. If there is symptomatic complaints our medical doctor intervenes and prescribes medication But the Rehab team follows the treatment advice prescribed by the primary consultant from the Hospital. Any further deterioration to the patients, We will communicate with the primary consultant and do the needful
