How long does it take to get back ?

Cure Rehab Physical therapy for rehabilitation typically lasts one to six weeks, with visits occurring one to three times each week. Throughout the healing period, the patient should do home exercises and stretch. As previously stated, the stretching exercises should be done at home at least once or twice daily. Frozen shoulder will almost always resolve with time and continuous adherence to the specified treatment programme. For some people, this process can take up to nine months, while for others, it may only take a few months. Internal rotation (moving your hand to your back pocket or up the centre of your back) is frequently the most difficult motion to restore.
